1. Acceptance
By accessing or using devhubops.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use this website. These terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, existing clients, contractors, and any other party interacting with DevHubOps through this website or related channels.
2. Business Use Only
This website is intended exclusively for lawful business use by organizations, technical decision-makers, procurement teams, and legitimate business representatives. You agree not to misuse the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent submissions, impersonation, scraping abuse, harassment, unsolicited commercial solicitation, or any attempt to compromise systems, communications, or operational infrastructure.
3. Service Scope and Limitations
All service descriptions on this website are informational only and do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee of availability, or commitment to deliver services without a separate written agreement. Project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, support terms, and service levels are defined exclusively through approved business proposals, statements of work, or other fully executed agreements signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
4. Acceptable Communications
You may contact DevHubOps only for lawful, relevant, and legitimate business purposes. Submission of false inquiries, deceptive lead generation, unsolicited marketing solicitation, malicious file attachments, or abusive, threatening, or harassing messages is strictly prohibited. DevHubOps reserves the right to reject, ignore, filter, document, or report any communications that appear fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or non-compliant with these terms or applicable law.
5. Anti-Spam and Consent Requirements
DevHubOps enforces a zero-tolerance anti-spam policy without exception. No user, client, prospect, contractor, affiliate, or third party may use our services, infrastructure, domains, communication channels, or platform capabilities to distribute unsolicited bulk email, misleading sender identity, purchased contact lists, harvested addresses, phishing content, or any message that violates applicable anti-spam, privacy, data protection, or consumer protection law including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
Where mailing, notification, or email marketing systems are implemented, configured, supported, or managed by DevHubOps, clients are contractually required to maintain valid and documented consent records, strictly enforce double opt-in confirmation processes, display accurate sender identification, provide functional unsubscribe mechanisms, maintain suppression list integrity, and remediate all reported abuse complaints promptly.
DevHubOps may immediately suspend, refuse, report, or terminate any engagement, access, or service provision associated with abusive, non-compliant, or spam-related email practices, without liability and without refund obligation. Confirmed violations may be reported to relevant anti-abuse authorities, mail providers, and applicable regulatory bodies.
6. Shared Infrastructure Responsibility
DevHubOps may provide technical guidance, implementation assistance, operational recommendations, or managed support services. Customers retain responsibility for timely review and approval of all deliverables, internal governance, user and credential management, content decisions, data management, regulatory obligations specific to their business, and vendor account compliance unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement. The shared responsibility model applies to all cloud, server, email, and platform infrastructure. DevHubOps is not liable for consequences arising from customer actions, inactions, miscommunications, or third-party provider policy decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, layouts, text, and materials published by DevHubOps are our property or are used under appropriate licenses. No license is granted except for limited personal or internal business review for legitimate evaluation purposes. Custom deliverables created during paid engagements are governed by the applicable agreement, which may specify ownership transfer terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DevHubOps makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, specific commercial outcomes, regulatory approval, or provider acceptance based solely on viewing this website or submitting an inquiry. Specific warranties may be provided under a separate signed service agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevHubOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business interruption damages arising from use of this website, reliance on informational content, or communications made through this website. Liability related to actual service delivery is governed exclusively by the applicable signed service agreement.
10. Termination of Access
DevHubOps may suspend or restrict access to this website, reject any inquiry, refuse service, or terminate ongoing discussions at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability, where we identify misuse, abuse, unlawful conduct, operational risk, reputational harm, security concerns, or anti-spam violations.
11. Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect business, legal, operational, or compliance changes. Continued use of the website after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised version to the extent permitted by applicable law. The effective date will be updated with each revision.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in good faith in accordance with generally accepted commercial standards and applicable law.
